This policy explains what Learning Loft Institute collects, why, and what we do not do with it. It applies to this website and to families enrolled with us.
What we collect
When you contact us or book a demo class we collect the name, email address, phone number, country, and the grade and subjects you tell us about. During enrolment we also hold class schedules, quiz results and progress notes for the student. The website records anonymous, aggregated visit statistics — no advertising trackers, no cross-site profiles.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to match and schedule a tutor, to send progress reports, and to invoice for classes. That is the complete list.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. We do not pass a student's progress records to anyone outside the family without the parent's written consent.
Class recordings
Classes are recorded so students can rewatch them and parents can see how their child is taught. Recordings are shared only with the enrolled family and the assigned tutor, and are deleted twelve months after a student leaves. Tell us if you would prefer your child's classes not to be recorded and we will switch it off.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are deleted after twelve months. Enrolment records are kept for three years after a student leaves, which covers reference requests and accounting obligations.
Children's data
Students are minors. Every account is opened and controlled by a parent or guardian, who can see, correct, or delete anything we hold about their child by asking.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@learningloftinstitute.com and we will act within 30 days.
